To attend Chrysalis, you and your sponsor will need to fill out a registration form. Please fill it out completely and include at least a $15 pre-registration deposit to be applied toward your $70 weekend fee. This will cover the expenses of the walk: meals for the weekend, a Chrysalis t-shirt, and a Chrysalis insulated cup.
